Jewell - Chaos Manager

Jewell is the owner at Bloomin’ Child Development. She studied Child Development and Community Health at Oregon State University and Portland State University and has extensive experience in early childhood education, special needs care, and trauma-informed practices. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Jewell has also fostered many children, deepening her passion for providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Outside of Bloomin’, she enjoys hiking, biking, and all types of crafting. She and her husband share three daughters and a lively household full of pets.
